Hey There
Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. I became a social worker because I’ve always felt deeply connected to people’s stories. I’m someone who feels things intensely, and I’ve never seen that as a weakness—it’s what allows me to hold space with care and empathy. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your full self, without judgment or pressure to "fix" anything overnight. Whether you're going through something heavy or just trying to find your footing, I meet you where you are and walk alongside you.
My path into this work began with an interest in substance use counseling, but I found myself drawn more and more to the broader world of social work. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Concordia University in 2020 and completed my Master of Social Work at Walden University in 2024. Now, I support teens and adults in both in-person and telehealth settings, helping them work through anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions.

All About Me
Outside of therapy, I’m just a real person trying to live life with intention. I find peace in simple things—listening to thunderstorms, crocheting (rectangle shapes only, thank you very much), and getting lost in a paint-by-numbers project.
I also cry during Disney movies, believe in the magic of fresh air, and feel most like myself when I’m near water or surrounded by trees. I’m curious by nature, quick to laugh, and I believe that humor, honesty, and compassion can coexist beautifully in the healing process.
Fun fact: I’m named after Syreeta Wright, Stevie Wonder’s first wife—so music has always had a place in my heart, too.
Whether you're seeking support for the first time or returning to therapy after a break, I hope this gives you a sense of who I am. I truly believe that each person has the capacity to heal, grow, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. I’d be honored to be a part of your journey.
